Private: natural state property 4'500 m2. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, railway station "Bandol" 8 km, sandy beach "Bandol" 6.7 km. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis.

    “Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen an einem Weinberg mit einem tollen Blick auf Le Castellet. Die malerische und alte Ortschaft liegt genau gegenüber. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet. Es war sauber gereinigt als wir angereist sind. Jedes Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, die zu Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubes auch notwendig war. Das WLAN funktionierte gut und verträgt auch mehrere Nutzer, die arbeiten oder streamen. Ganz toll fanden wir die Terrasse!
    Verbessert werden können Kleinigkeiten: Einige Möbel, Türen, etc. müssen repartiert werden bzw. sollten zeitnah ausgetauscht werden. Davon abgesehen, wäre die Pflege des Gartens eine sinnvolle Investition.
    Fazit: Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen und das Objekt hat sehr viele positive Eindrücke hinterlassen, gerade auch im Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können uns vorstellen hier nochmals Urlaub zu machen.”
