The Rustico Casa Rossa is divided into two apartments, which share the marble entrance staircase and a convenient entrance area, and can be rented together or separately. The farmhouse has reserved parking places located about 90m from the house. The apartments do not have a garden or balconies.
The elegant Casa Rossa 2 apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a romantic living area with exposed beams that make the environment warm and welcoming. Equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven, toaster and American coffee machine, dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning. Spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and internal air conditioning, second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, small wardrobe and internal air conditioning. Windowed bathroom with modern shower box and convenient hairdryer. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment overlooks the greenery of the vineyards and the Garda hills, offering a enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
