Slope for practicising and cross country ski run about 100m away. Enjoy some cosy sunbeams. There is a balcony, a terrace and an own garden at your disposal. Here you need no car, because there is a central and quiet location around. In only 5 minutes you will reach ski slopes, lawn for ski training, long-run pathes, swim hall, wellness, many shops and restaurants, doctor, dentist, animal doctor, apotheke ..... We would be pleased to welcome you at our house in the Zillertal.

The somewhat other appartment with 4 Edelweiss (108m²) in the centre of Fügen / Zillertal at a quiet location. 300m from centre and 200m from Spieljochbahn ( Skibus to Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen are free. Busstop by the house). There is a meadow for practise skiing and the cross-country skiing is 100m far away.
Feel well in the comfortable studio lounge for pleasant living. Satelite home cinema with 107cm plasma tv with Dolby Surround and DVD. It is an optimal place to relax, for 1-10 persons. Pleasant room climate due to room ventilation ( ideal for persons suffering from an allergy).
Here you need no car, our house is in the centre and in a quiet position. You reach everything in 5min on foot: ski run, meadow for practise skiing, toboggan, indoor swimming pool, sauna, many shops and restaurants, doctors, pharmacy. Zillertal Fun Spa only 2 carminutes away.
The APART BIRGIT **** is a chalet with entrance separately.
The apartment has two floors with hallway, comfortable lounge with corner for dinner, breakfast bar, excellent design of the kitchen (ceran hotplate, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine). 3 double bedrooms separately with the posibility of more beds, bed linen and towels are available. 2 bathrooms with shower/WC.
There is a dryer for 10 pairs of skishoes in the garage.
