The house has a total area of 115 m2 with two separate bedrooms and two separate living rooms, of which one has a bed sofa. The house is newly furnished with new and modern furniture. An outdoor seating place with BBQ is available.In the Golf- and Beach paradise Halmstad you can go for a swim and enjoy kilometer long white beaches or play golf on one of the eight golf courses close by, one of them voted as Sweden’s best golf course (Tylösand).
