Diese Ferienanlage befindet sich in Riviera Ligure, an der Italienischen Riviera weit weg vom Lärm, in einer grünen Umgebung.

Pietra Ligure bedeutet nicht nur Strand und Meer, sondern auch wunderschöne Berge, wilde mediterrane Vegetation, Hinterland und kleine Inseln.

Es gibt viele archäologischen Funde ( zB die Feenbrücke unter einer Höhle, aus dem Palaeolitikum) und viele spektakuläre Wanderwege.

Einer davon führt zum Capo Noli, von wo aus man Varigotti und Noli überblicken kann, mit den Schlossruinen und Türmen – beides immer noch in gutem Zustand.




Die Atmosphäre ist ungezwungen, diskret und entspannend. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu zwei Pools sowohl mit Sonnenterrasse, ein mit Meerblick, Privatparkplätze (gegen Gebuehr), eine Snackbar für ein köstliches Frühstück, Kinderspielplatz, kostenloser Shuttle-Service (zu festgelegten Zeiten). Ferienwohnungen mit Kochnische, Klimaanlage, Wlan, Balkon.

An den öffentlichen Bereichen (Parklplatz, Garten, Pool) der Ferienanlage gibt es eine Videoüberwachung zur Sicherheit der Gästen.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nahe dem Stadtzentrum und dem Strand. Für unsere Biker-Gäste steht ein großer Fahrradraum mit Werkstatt und Waschmöglichkeit bereit. Der sichere Garten, die kindgerechten Wohnungen machen unsere Wohnungen zu einem der besten Orte in ganz Pietra Ligure an dem Sie sich mit Ihren Kindern entspannen koennen. In nur 5 Minuten sind Sie im Ortszentrum und am Strand.



Der nächste öffentliche Strand ist 900 Meter, 12 Minuten zu Fuß, dem Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem typischen historischen Zentrum sind auf 1200 mt


Ausfluege nach Finalborgo is eines der schönsten Dörfer in Italien, mit mittelalterlichen Gebäuden und Piazzas.

Beim Spaziergang durch die engen Gassen(carruggi), ganz ohne Verkehr, wird man von der Schönheit der Architektur bezaubert, mit all ihren Überraschungen.

Es gibt authentische Restaurants, Geschäfte, Kunstgallerien, Gasthäuser und Piazzas.

OUTDOOR-URLAUB IN PIETRA LIGURE UND FINALE LIGURE


Pietra Ligure ist nicht nur Strand und Meer, sondern auch eine Hauptstadt des Outdoor!

Besonders im deutschsprachigen Raum haben sich die Freeride Trails von Finale Ligure einen legendären Ruf erarbeitet. Inzwischen tummelt sich hier eine belebte Mountainbike Szene. Doch das MTB Revier von Finale kann mehr als nur Freeride: vor Ort finden sich Touren für jeden Geschmack, von relativ anspruchsvoll bis extrem.

Rund um den Touristen Orte Pietra und Finale Ligure an der Riviera von Ligurien befindet sich das wohl traditionsreichste Sportklettergebiet Italiens.

Die unscheinbare Hügellandschaft des Hinterlandes hält jede Menge Felsen in allen Steilheiten bereit, welche die Kletterer schon vor einigen Jahrzehnten als perfektes Training für die langen Gebirgstouren nutzten.

Mit Aufkommen des Sportkletterns in den 70er und 80er Jahren erfuhren die Felsen am Monte Cucco, Rocca di Perti und Rocca di Corno ihren ersten Boom.

Im Laufe der Jahre wurden dann aber noch viele weitere Felsen erschlossen und so kann der Sportkletterer heute aus über 1000 Routen im Umkreis von nur wenigen Kilometern auswählen.

    “Relativ lille lejlighed med lille balkon - ok for 3 personer, men ikke for
    4 personer. Tæt på øvrige "naboer" og mange støjkilder. P-plads er særdeles trang og urimeligt at betale EUR 35 for en uge. Værten er særdeles hjælpsom og god renlighed i lejligheden. Alt i alt synes vi ikke vi fik value for money - forventningens glæde forblev desværre den største i forhold tIl oplevelsen.”

    Vi har tilbudt dig to valg med forskellige positioner, og du har valgt den højere placering med en mindre men mere intim balkon med udsigt over Middelhavet, da den nederste etage har større balkoner og terrasser men uden havudsigt.
    Desværre har den liguriske region ikke adgang til store udendørsarealer (beregnet til parkering) som i Danmark.
    Glem ikke, at du også har haft fri adgang til et indendørs område til vask, reparation og deponering af dine mountainbikes.
    Derudover har vi også anbefalet betagende stier med udsigt over havet, som kun i dette unikke område i verden kan du finde!
    Juli er bestemt ikke den mest passende periode til at udøve denne udendørs sport.
    Vi håber, du vil besøge igen vores turistområde i foråret eller efterårssæsonen, dette himmelske område til MTB-fans venter dig igen!

    We have offered you two choices with different positions and you have chosen the higher location with a smaller but more intimate balcony with a view of the Mediterranean sea, as the lower floor has larger balconies and terraces but without the sea view.
    Unfortunately, the Ligurian region does not have access to large outdoor areas (intended for parking) as in Denmark.
    Don't forget that you have also had free access to an indoor area for washing, repairing and depositing your mountain bikes.
    In addition, we have also recommended breathtaking trails overlooking the sea, as only in this unique area in the world you can find!
    Certainly July is not the most appropriate period to practice this outdoor sport.
    We hope, you will visit again our tourist region in the spring or autumn season, this heavenly area for MTB fans awaits you again!”

    “Super groot en ruim appartement, zeer schoon en netjes en alles aanwezig. Met een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. In de keuken ook alles aanwezig met een lekkere grote koelkast. De bedden waren al opgemaakt toen we aankwamen, en er stonden verse groente op tafel klaar als welkomst cadeau. Ook kon je elke ochtend verse broodjes bestellen. Alles was prima geregeld. Ook 2 prima zwembaden, eentje voor gezinnen die pret willen maken en een tikje luidruchtig zijn maar ook een stilte zwembad, waar je heerlijk rustig kan relaxen zonder dat er met ballen gegooid wordt of dat er luchtbedden in het water zijn etc. Dus voor elk wat wils.”
