Holiday apartment with balcony on a hillside

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1993, renovated in 2018 and is modern and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Location
Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with meadow and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house. In this house there are apartments CSR RIG 333 (2 people) and CSR RIG 337 (7 people). The house is situated in a beautiful place with a view of the Teufelsberg, on the border of the Krkonoše and Jizera Mountains. It is only 1 km away from the center of Harrachov, the funicular and cross-country ski trails. More cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity of the building - a biathlon circuit or there is an opportunity to enter the groomed trails at the station. It is 800 m away from the house and runs through a regular direct train line Liberec - Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

central heating (gas). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 3 m, depth 1,2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the beginning of August.

    “Faciliteterne passede fint med beskrivelsen. Det eneste, vi syntes, var lidt akavet, var, at wcet var i et separat rum, mens bruser og håndvask var i et andet separat rum. Det kunne vi sagtens leve med for en uge.
    Lejligheden lå perfekt i udkanten af Harrachov, hvilket var perfekt, der var dejlig roligt og flotte omgivelser og udsigt.
    Lejligheden var i en fin vedligeholdt tilstand og den var fin ren. Der var fint med plads, og vi måtte brenytte husets have.
    Ferielejligheden var rigtig fin i forhold til prisen. Absolut anbefalelsesværdig.”
