The authentic, very beautifully restored water mill from the 15th century lies at the end of a valley, on the Agout river bed, in a pristine spot 460 metres above sea level, far away from noise and road traffic, but just 20 minutes from Castres (Département Tarn, Midi-Pyrénées region), with all the necessary shopping facilities.
The rustic holiday apartment is integrated into an old mill and has an entrance on the west side. It is suitable for two to four people and provides around 42m² of living space. It has a living and dining room with TV (TNT), a comfortable folding sofa, a table and four chairs, and a fully-equipped, open kitchen. The bedroom (two steps) has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an armchair that can be pulled out as a single bed (100 x 200cm). A cot is available on request. The apartment also affords a view of the river. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC. There are radiators that heat the whole apartment. Free wireless Internet access is available.
The terrace, with garden furniture and a grill, is on a plateau with a view of the river and the lovely forest landscape.
