Shop, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Locarno-Muralto" 4 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Additional accommodations can be booked. Minigolf 1 km. Via steep stairs and 5 minutes walk there is another public parking. Public car park in the centre.

    “While the property was ok, Parking was extremely difficult. Small spaces and on very steep hill. Wifi was very poor and unobtainable on the balcony. It is a very steep walk down to Ascona centre with 184 steps or an extremely steep long road.
    Views from balcony were good though.”

    “Es wird am Service gespart. Wir mussten u.a. mit dem mitgebrachten Taschenmesser in der Küche arbeiten. Die Wohnung ist nur bei gutem Wetter zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist für diese Wohnung hoch. Wir waren vor vier Jahren mit der Leistung zufriedener. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung in Ordnung.”

    “Die Anfahrt mit dem PKW über eine schmale, sehr steile Gasse ist für größere Fahrzeuge etwas schwierig. Dafür hat man vom Balkon im 2. Stock eine wundervolle Aussicht über Ascona und den See. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist relativ knapp bemessen aber ausreichend. Alles war intakt und gepflegt. Satt einem Doppelbett waren nur zwei einzelne Liegen vorhanden. Diese waren dennoch bequem. Alle Räume waren außerordentlich sauber. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
