Fully enclosed and generously laid out three-storey holiday villa with fantastic sea views, near Athens airport

This exclusive holiday villa is located only approximately a 15 minutes drive from Athens airport, about 28 minutes from the centre of Athens and only a few minutes from several beaches. It is a perfect place for vacation, relaxation or business. Enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the enchanting bay of Porto Rafti, or observe the starry sky during the night. Via the Attica road, it will take you only about half an hour to the capital and to the historical center of Athens, as well as to the largest port of the country, Piraeus.

The villa is surrounded by two large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking spaces and the second one a stone barbecue. At the disposal of the visitor is the use of the garden and the barbecue. The upper floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea, the city or the mountain.

The luxurious villa offers four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. It has three levels and boasts a living space of 140 m². On the first floor, there is a large living room with a combined kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances while a large dining room is hosted in the same room. Guests can dine at the table on the balcony on this floor where the view is stunning. There is also a bedroom with a small bathroom. Between the first and the second floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large bathroom and a veranda with fantastic sea views, and the second one with two single beds. A small living room is also housed in the large bedroom. Above the second floor, there is a large loft with a bedroom and a living room in the same room. A small bathroom is also available. All floors are connected with wooden staircases. The villa features heating and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour hot water. It also has three TVs, Wi-Fi internet, CD, radio etc.

Within a stone's throw of the villa there are popular shopping chains, many restaurants, traditional taverns, supermarkets, bars, cafes, clubs. Activities offered in Porto Rafti: cycling in the sea or in the mountains, fishing, summer cinema, walking. At 1000 meters from the Villa, there is a sandy beach with free entry (Erotospilia), offering a great choice for swimming, sunbathing and water sports, while at a further distance there are countless other beaches. The coastline of Rafina, Artemida, Porto Rafti, Kakia Sea, Lavrio, Sounio are the ideal choice for swimming, hiking, nightlife and dining. A beautiful destination is at 40 km. where Sounio Cape is located with the Temple of Poseidon. There, you can admire the sunset overlooking the Aegean Sea. At 20 km there is the Attica Zoological Park and right next to it, the largest discount village in Greece, McArthurGlen Athens. Athens and Piraeus are approximately 40 and 45 km from the Villa. In Athens you can visit the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Monastiraki, Plaka and many other historical monuments, while from the port of Piraeus you can take a boat to the islands of Aegina, Salamina, Agistri, Poros, Hydra, etc. .

For your trips there are bus, metro, taxi. The nearest Metro station (Koropi) is at 15 km distance from the villa, through which the Athens Historic Center is easily accessible as well as most of the attractions of the Attica Territory. For guests who want to be autonomous and to facilitate their travel to the beaches, airport, harbor etc., it is recommended to rent a car, directly from the airport or the port.

    “Hat man kein Problem damit nicht viel zu kochen und besitzt etwas Geld für einen Mietwagen, ist dies die perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Porto Rafti! Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz zur Entfaltung. Ebenso ist es sehr schön gebaut und gibt ein gewissen Vibe ab. Ab und zu bekommt man sogar Besuch von einer Schildkröte, sehr süß.
    Die Aussicht ist auf Grund der Lage atemberaubend. Negativ: Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein und das Haus liegt in ungefähr 100 Metern Höhe über dem Wasserspiegel. D.h. für Menschen, die sich zu Fuß bewegen wollen ist das Haus eher weniger geeignet. Dieses Problem lässt sich aber sehr schnell mit einem Mietwagen lösen. Restaurant: Makko - Machen die besten Pitas der ganzen Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ebenso nettes Personal. Ausflüge: Nikolas Memorial Square - Tolles Ziel für eine Wanderung. Mega Aussicht.”
