Ferienwohnung Casa Ritz: In diesem über 150 jährigen Tessinerhaus mit schön renovierten Schlafzimmern lässt sich gut Leben und Geniessen. Das Haus steht im Dorfkern von Vairano und verfügt auf der einen Seite über einen grossen Garten mit einer Traubenpergola und einer Kiwilaube. Zwei schöne Balkone sind auf der andere Seite (siehe die Fotos in der Galerie).
Lage: Im Dorfkern ist es ausserordentlich ruhig.
Es stehen Ihnen zwei Parkplätze exklusiv zur Verfügung. Diese befinden sich in einem Unterstand hinter dem Haus an der kleinen Strasse Richtung Hotel Campagnola.
Sie können aber auch sehr gut mit dem Postauto anreisen. Die Postautohaltestelle ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuss vom Haus entfernt. Seit Dezember 2020 besteht der Stundentakt.
Umgebung: Vairano gehört zur Grossgemeinde Gambarogno (Kanton Tessin) und liegt ca. 150 m über dem Lago Maggiore auf einer sonnigen Höhenterrasse, gegenüber von Ascona. Das Dorf befindet sich in der Mitte der Riviera del Gambarogno und ist das ganze Jahr über durch die lange Abendsonne gut besonnt.
Vairano besitzt eine fast vollständige Infrastruktur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich in San Nazzaro (direkt am See) und in Piazzogna (Nachbardorf). Vairano dient als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wassersport, Wandern, Reiten, Tennis und für andere vielfältige Erholungsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe befindet sich auch der berühmte botanische Garten Gambarogno Eisenhut. Für kulturell Interessierte sind die Zentren Ascona, Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar.
