Rustico holiday flat with garden Casa-Ritz

Casa Ritz holiday flat: This 150-year-old Ticino house with beautifully renovated bedrooms is a great place to live and enjoy life. The house is located in the centre of the village of Vairano and has a large garden with a grape pergola and a kiwi arbour on one side. Two beautiful balconies are on the other side (see the photos in the gallery).
Location: The village centre is extremely quiet. There are two exclusive parking spaces available. These are located in a shelter behind the house on the small road towards Hotel Campagnola. However, you can also get here easily by post bus. The Postbus stop is just a three-minute walk from the house. Hourly service since December 2020. From April 2025, guests will also have the opportunity to charge their electric vehicle directly at the house.
Surroundings: Vairano belongs to the large municipality of Gambarogno (canton of Ticino) and is located approx. 150 metres above Lake Maggiore on a sunny elevated terrace opposite Ascona. The village is located in the centre of the Riviera del Gambarogno and enjoys good sunshine all year round thanks to the long evening sun. Vairano has an almost complete infrastructure with public transport and restaurants. Shopping facilities are available in San Nazzaro (directly on the lake) and in Piazzogna (neighbouring village). Vairano is an ideal starting point for water sports, hiking, horse riding, tennis and other recreational activities. The famous Gambarogno aconite botanical garden is also located nearby. For those interested in culture, the centres of Ascona, Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano can be reached in approx. 30 minutes.

Excursion possibilities: A large folder and a basket full of ideas are available for guests.

Location description: Vairano is located in the large municipality of Gambarogno on a terrace above San Nazzaro. Directly opposite is the Maggia delta and Locarno and Ascona. The Brissago Islands can also be enjoyed in the middle of the border area of Lake Maggiore. Vairano is served by two post bus routes and is therefore also easily accessible by public transport. The nearest shops are in Piazzogna, in the neighbouring village.
