A luxurious, beautiful terrace flat awaits you here in a sunny and central residential location. From the huge - partly covered - south-facing terrace (59 m2) you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains.

The valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railway and the village centre, where the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths are located, are just a 7-minute walk away.

The La Perla A1 holiday flat has a top modern and very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine & induction hob. Double bedroom with box-spring bed. Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Flat screen TV and free WLAN are available to guests.

The prices include :
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of persons)

- 1 reserved parking space in the garage (height 2.29m)

    “Tiptop - komme wieder...Positiv: Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung: ästhetisch , schön , gute Einrichtung.Negativ: Ich fand alles gut- dass man seine Sachen im Örtchen Scuol abholen und auch wieder selber abliefern muss ( Schlüssel etc ) gefiel mir weniger.
    Ich fände es für den Kunden sympathischer , wenn das gleich beim Mietobjekt geschähe...”

    “Zusammenfassen können die Wohnung empfehlen. Positiv: Moderne schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Lage (Nähe Bahnhof und Post/Coop) Negativ: Das Küchengeschirr ist sehr bescheiden und nur auf 2 Personen ausgerichtet. Z.B. Gäste zum Fondue einladen ist mit einem Caquelon für 2 Personen nicht möglich. Wir mussten in der Nachbarswohnung ein Caquelon auflehnen. Die Wohnung riecht unangenehm. Es ist wohl das ausgetrocknete Syphon im Reduit. Die Hängelampe im Schlafraum ist am falschen Platz bzw. man schlägt beim Betten gerne den Kopf an. Das Bad ist im Vergleich zu Perla 2 sehr bescheiden (Geschmacksache)”
