Strand, Altstadt in 5 min Gehweite...Auto Parkplätze sind um Gebäude vorhanden.
Für Urlauber ohne Auto ist es eine ideale Lage, da man alles in der Nähe hat.
Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Es besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer ( 1 Doppelbett), Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Bettsofa (140x200), Ess-Ecke, Wohnküche, WC mit Dusche, Balkon, eigene Waschmaschine. Wohnung ist klimatisiert.
Bettwäsche und Froteewäsche vorhanden.
Küche ist mit vielen Küchengeräten ausgestattet (Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher..) Auf Wunsch Tischgrill/Rackletteoffen.
