Stylish cottage in Umbrian farmhouse near Orvieto and Lake Bolsena

The property is part of a stylishly renovated Umbrian farmhouse and can be reached in a 20 min drive from Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. It is south-exposed and the only property of the building that possesses a private sitting and garden area. Being surrounded by a communal area and extensive fields with many trees and hedges it is an ideal place also for children. The apartment is stylishly furnished and includes a large living room with an open kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a specifically designed closed fireplace.

Other leisure facilities: The property is close to historic cultural sites such as the famous places of Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio, as well as natural attractions such as volcanic mountains (Monte Amiata), thermal springs and the beautiful lake of Bolsena with quiet and pleasant swimming sites. In the vicinity, there are many good restaurants and pizzerias serving excellent Italian food, as well as attractive bars serving delicious Italian coffee and ice cream. The ocean is only one hour away, and the superb beaches of Monte Argentario can be reached in one and a half hours by car. The area also offers great opportunities for sports such as trekking, cycling, golf and wind surfing.
