Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im bayrischen Stil mit Blick auf die Donau

Wir vermieten ein sehr gepflegtes, im bayrischen Stil eingerichtetes Ferienappartement mit Balkon, Einbauküche, hellem Duschbad und Wohn-/Schlafraum. Die Aussicht führt direkt auf die Donau und das gegenüberliegende österreichische Bergland. Parkraum steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Anwesen befindet sich ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz. 

Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und am Waldrand gelegen. In Obernzell selbst befindet sich ausreichende Infrastruktur und diverse Restaurants. 

Auf dem Gelände befindet sich das "Landhotel Donaublick" mit Biergarten, Wintergarten, Zeller Stübchen und dem Gewölbekeller. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Wege zum Spazieren gehen. An der Donau entlang führt eine schöne malerische Promenade zum Yachthafen des Marktes Obernzell. 

Viele Ausflugsziele befinden sich in näherer Umgebung. Der Rannasee läd zum kostenlosen Badespaß ein. Das nahe gelegene Passau erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder per Bus.
