Our Paseo San Juan apartment has 80 square meters and has three double bedrooms and a capacity of up to 8 people plus one children.
Two rooms are very quiet but the third one facing the street can be noisy due to the traffic in Barcelona.
It is located 300 m from the "Verdaguer" metro stop and is located in an area of the urban center ideal for families.
The building has an elevator, and in the apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay as if you were in your own home. The apartment has individual natural gas heating, air conditioning, internet access (WiFi) as well as an iron and two televisions.
The independent kitchen, with induction cooker, is also equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. In each bathroom you will have a hair dryer and washbasin and shower towels for all guests.
The three bedrooms are doubles, one as a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a double bed and the other as a single bunk bed. The three bedrooms have a closet to store your belongings.
Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact.- The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.
Barcelona city tax not included: 4€ per night per person.
- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
- This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
- 80€ special fee required on arrival for gaz, water and electricity for monthly stay only
- 500€ refundable security deposit will be due in cash at check in for monthly stay only
