A warm welcome to Landhaus Waldhart! Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life in our lovely hideaway, nestling amid the picture-book Ötztal Alps. Our house is rated with 4 Edelweiß and we offer three comfortable holiday apartments (recently refurbished) for families and all those in search of relaxation.
Included in summer: Summer Card – Explore the whole valley from the second day of your stay, with only one Card!

"Hörndle" - spacious and modernly furnished apartment (approx. 160 m²) over two floors in the Landhaus Waldhart.

On the ground floor: 1 double room, 1 triple room, 1 bathroom incl. shower, 1 separate WC. Homely lounge area (without kitchen).

A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor: 2 triple rooms, 2 bathrooms incl. shower/WC and bathtub/WC. The open living and dining area accommodates up to 12 persons - it also features a fireplace. 1 fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony is located next to the living area. The garden can be used as well. A small play area can be found in the rear part of the ground floor where the ski boot dryer is located.

This area can also be used by our guests from the Ban Brösign & Ferienhaus Tirol holiday homes.
Included in summer: our guests receive the Summer Card! All highlights in the valley such as free admission to the summer mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, public transport and much more are included with this card from the 2nd day of your holiday. And as a ‘Bike Homes’ partner we fulfil the Ötztal bike criteria.

Exclusively for children: The ‘Erlebnisstodl’ - adventure.experience.realm. is a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego (for children from 0 - 8 years). In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, football or a game of table tennis. The area must be booked in advance (EUR 12.00 per family/use).
