The "Schinderhannes cycle path" offers a beautiful route for cyclists. The famous "Geierlay" suspension rope bridge is also a worthwhile destination.
The holiday flat is on the ground floor of a two-family house and is self-contained. The size of the flat is 120 square metres. A roofed outdoor seating area of 20 square metres, with a view of a well-tended garden (private, use by arrangement), rounds off the space on offer. The holiday flat offers space for up to 5 people. 2 double rooms, 1 single room.
The bedrooms have ready-made beds. In the bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and bathroom furniture your towels are ready for you.
A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The dining room offers plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner together.

n the spacious living room you can relax at the end of the day. SAT-TV, radio, free WLAN, board games and a small selection of books provide entertaining entertainment.
Electric bicycles can be charged and stored in a locked room. There are two car parking spaces in the courtyard, right outside the front door.
In the nearby towns of 55469 Simmern and 56288 Kastellaun you can stock up on everything you need.
Cultural events and other festivals and markets are available on site.
Farewell parties on special occasions are not permitted, nor are pets.
The minimum occupancy period is 4 nights. Example: 4 nights up to 3 persons x 99 EUR = 396.- EUR plus final cleaning 60.-EUR. Total price 456.-EUR. 4 nights up to 5 persons x 109 EUR =436.-EUR plus final cleaning 60.-EUR. Total price 496.-EUR. Minimum charge for one stay.
Final cleaning 60.-EUR. All other services are included in the daily price.
The total amount must be transferred at least 7 days before moving into the holiday flat.
