Nestled in the heart of an active agricultural estate, the Olive Mill Cottage at La Restanque offers an authentic immersion amidst the surrounding olive groves. Located just steps away from the famous Canal du Midi in the splendid Minervois region, this property is a testament to the owners' passion for Mediterranean olive culture.

During your stay here, you'll uncover the unique charm of this land where olives are cherished and crafted into exceptional-quality olive oil. Prepare to be captivated by the picturesque view of the sprawling olive trees.

The cottage, situated upstairs and adjacent to the owners' residence and olive mill, which operates from November to December, provides all the comforts necessary for a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy access to a spacious swimming pool (12x6, depth ranging from 1 to 2.50m), available from June 10th to September 15th, as well as a delightful terrace on the ground floor overlooking a lush pine forest, complete with outdoor furniture and a plancha for convivial moments outdoors.

Upstairs, a bright and welcoming living-cum-kitchen area beckons for family or friends to share meals. Three comfortable bedrooms (including 2 double beds measuring 160cm and 2 single beds measuring 90cm), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet complete the layout of this cozy cottage.

For added comfort, electric heating is available at an additional cost. Given the paramount importance of respecting this precious environment and the risk of fire during the summer months, smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. The fragility of the Mediterranean vegetation requires constant vigilance to preserve this unique natural setting, so please note that this cottage is strictly non-smoking.
