Located in a quiet community, this spacious and modern villa is within walking distance to the long sandy beaches of Esposende. The villa is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished with quality in mind. The old fishing village of Esposende is about 3,000 metres away. Here you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants and a fabulous beach, backed by sand dunes. Quinta da Barca golf course can be found within a 5 minute walk. Horse riding centre about a 5 minute drive away. Oporto town centre is within a 30-minute drive. The old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site. There is a housekeeper who lives on the estate in a separate cottage. The guests accommodation is completely independent with privacy.
