Wir bieten Ihnen familiär geführte und individuell eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe und einen Bungalow in direkter Lage am Selliner See im Ostseebad Sellin. In nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die bekannte Selliner Seebrücke und den Ostseestrand mit seinem feinkörnigen weißen Sand. Auf dem Weg dorthin laden in der Wilhelmstraße zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafes zum Verweilen ein.Das Ferienhaus befindet sich nur ca. 50 m vom Selliner See entfernt.
Die Wohnungen sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche offen:Alle Fenster sind außen mit elektrischen Rolläden ausgestattet und haben innen Plisses. Die Fußböden wurden mit Vinylan ausgelegt. Die Wände erhielten einen rustikalen Strukturputz bzw. in den Schlafzimmern und Fluren Vliestapete und die Decken wurden teilweise mit Holzpaneele verkleidet. Alle Bäder haben Fußbodenheizung, sind mit hochwertiger Keramik und einer Glasdusche ausgestattet. Jede Wohnung hat eine moderne und komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche und einen Kaminofen. In den Wohn- und Schlafzimmern steht Ihnen SAT-TV zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls ist ein WLAN-Anschluss vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon zum Garten - nur ca. 50 m vom Selliner See entfernt.
