Villa Anica is located in the beautifully located village of Debeljak near Sukošan, just a few kilometres from the city of Zadar. This modern villa primarily delights with a view of the spacious green garden, the sea, and Velebit.

With lots of green flora, the villa offers you complete freedom for privacy and relaxation. There is a garden with herbs on the completely fenced property.

On the ground floor, in addition to the open living concept, there is a spacious barrier-free entrance area with 4 m high ceilings. The villa consists of 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people (+2 additional people), as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen that will meet your needs. The kitchen opens to the dining room and comfortable living room. This bright room with parquet flooring is open-plan and offers guests a beautiful view. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the neighbouring terrace with a swimming pool, a large garden, and the Sukošan marina. Children also have the opportunity to use the playground with a slide and a swing located on the property.

The historical city of Zadar is 14 km from Villa Anica. The absolute highlight is the lively old town, which lies on a peninsula, separated from the new town. Walking through the old town is like traveling through time through different periods of exciting 3,000-year history. Remains of Roman buildings, old city walls from the Middle Ages, modern sights of the northern part of the peninsula, the square, "Greetings to the Sun" and "Sea Organ" are just some of the stations that are worth seeing. Alfred Hitchcock once said: "Here you will find the most beautiful sunset in the world."
