Sie wollen luxuriös Urlaub im Bayerischen Wald machen - dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig ! Das Haus wurde 2024 komplett saniert und auf einen extrem modernen Standard gebracht. Auch die drei Bäder wurden komplett saniert. 3 Flachbildfernseher sind im Haus vorhanden (In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer). Neue NOLTE Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd. Hochwertige Betten in jedem Schlafzimmer. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und somit für Hunde geeignet. Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind gegen eine Pauschale von 10,- Euro pro Nacht (nicht pro Person) buchbar. Bei Anreise mit Hund ist das Wäschepakt verpflichtend zu buchen. GRATIS WLAN vom eigenen Telefonanschluss. Alles ist komplett neu. Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung und Wasser sind im Reisepreis enthalten !!!!

In Bad Kötzing(10 Kilometer entfernt) ist eine neue staatliche Spielbank sowie ein Thermalbad. Der Chrupfalzpark (Freizeitpark) ist nur 8 Kilometer entfernt. Ruderbootverleihe sind zahlreich vorhanden. Die Siedlung ist überaus Hundefreundlich und fast jeder Urlauber hier hat seinen Vierbeiner dabei. Ein neuer Abenteuerspielplatz ist ganz in der Nähe.Im Ort ist ein Laden, Bäcker und Metzger sowie diverse Restaurants.
Wenn Sie bei uns Urlaub mit Ihrem Hund machen sind Bettwäsche/Handtücher verpflichtend zu buchen ! Alle Betten sind dann wie auf den Fotos bezogen - Ihnen stehen Handtücher zur verfügung und Sie können Waschmaschine und Trockner nach belieben benutzen.
