This vacation home in the Quercy Regional Park in Aveyron is located in a quiet hamlet about 6 km from the village of Salvagnac-Cajarc. It is an attractive, traditional stone house and consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms and an additional double bedroom in a separate outbuilding by the heated pool. In the main house there is a kitchen with exposed beams, fully equipped with a dishwasher and various appliances. The living room has wooden floors, sofas, an open fireplace and an armchair to relax in. Stairs lead down to a lower level where there is a bedroom, shower room, WC, laundry room and a hallway leading to the garden. Upstairs from the living room there are two further air-conditioned bedrooms. There is also a third children's bedroom with bunk beds, which is only accessible via bedroom 3. Outdoor areas include a private wooded area with breathtaking views of the valley, a heated pool with stone terrace and pool house, adjacent parking and various perfect seating areas for outdoor activities. Thanks to its hillside location, the property offers views across the valley and is approximately 6km from Salvagnac-et-Cajarc, a bustling little village offering all the local stores as well as a farmers market on Saturday afternoons.
