Located in Adrets-de-l'Estérel, this vacation villa is an idyllic retreat with a private heated pool, sauna and hot tub. This spacious and luxurious villa offers accommodation on two half levels. A first floor entrance leads to a half level above with two bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Estérel and air conditioning. Descending half a level, you enter a spacious living area with office space, lounge, TV area and dining area. The closed kitchen with access to a shaded terrace is well equipped. Two further bedrooms, a shower room, a laundry room and an additional WC complete this level. Outside, the villa has an enclosed terraced plot, several terraces and a boules court. A garden terrace has a spa, a glazed sauna and relaxation areas. The pool area has a heated 12 x 5 m pool, sun loungers, a pool shower and a shaded bar with sink and fridge. The house is ideally located in the heart of Estérel, halfway between Lake Saint-Cassien and 12 km from the beaches of Mandelieu in the Var. The village center of Estérel with all the local stores is about 2.5 km from the house. Enjoy walking, hiking and mountain biking trails in the heart of the massif with numerous paths through oaks and pines, with magnificent viewpoints and breaks near the lakes of Avellan or Saint-Cassien. These two lakes are good for fishing and the lake of Saint-Cassien offers beautiful beaches for swimming as well as refreshment bars and pedal boat hire. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the Terres Blanches golf course about 20 km away in Fayence.
