The gleaming white house with its spectacular glass roof is located in a typical residential street in Felanitx. From the covered terrace with dining table and chairs on the ground floor and the partially covered roof terrace, you can look out over the beautiful green hills of the surrounding area and the large infinity pool directly behind the house. You can enjoy the warming sun on comfortable loungers right next to the cool water or immerse yourself in an exciting thriller under the parasol. Just a few metres away is the hotel's own barbecue, which invites you to prepare culinary delights in the open air. And if you want to get some exercise afterwards, simply go to the upper floor and play a game of table tennis on the spacious roof terrace.

The rooms in your villa are spread over two floors. Large windows let in the typical Mediterranean light everywhere; this effect is emphasised by the bright white walls in most of the rooms. On the ground floor, a spacious dining and living room awaits you: with an elegant glass dining table and chairs, illuminated by a futuristic-looking lamp and an inviting sofa with cosy cushions and a coffee table for snacks and drinks during cosy TV evenings. However, the villa offers much more excitement than a television and, conveniently, there is also a soft armchair right in front of it: the owners of the villa have installed a huge tropical aquarium in the living room, with exotic, colourful fish swimming among the beautiful corals. The stylish kitchen with high-quality appliances is just as colourful in shades of red and green. Two tastefully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, complete the living space on the ground floor. There are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor.

Puig Verd is located in the centre of Felanitx, a relaxed little town in the south of Mallorca and also the centre of the second largest wine-growing region on the island. From your holiday home, located directly on the access road, you can easily walk to the village, do your shopping or visit one or two restaurants. In addition to the good regional wines, you should definitely try the aromatic capers that are grown in the area. A visit to the weekly market on Sunday is always worthwhile, especially the artistic ceramics are very popular here. But the area surrounding the town is also interesting: for example, the monastery of St Salvador, which is located on an impressive hill nearby and can even be seen from the house. Not only is the monastery with its magnificent church worth a visit, but the panoramic view from there will make for an unforgettable holiday memory! If you prefer to go to the beach, simply cycle about 14 kilometres to Cala Murada or Cala Tropicana. By the way: The Els bike shop is located 100 metres from the house. Every stay in the villa receives a 10 % discount on all products and services. There is also a good connection to the cycle paths around the house. If you have brought your own bikes, you can park them in the sheltered area on the lower covered terrace.

Villa Puig Verd impresses on all levels: The ultra-modern house with high-quality furnishings is a real highlight for architecture lovers, and not just with its partially covered terraces on several levels and its vaulted glass ceiling. It also impresses with its large, sloping pool and well-tended lawn and, last but not least, its excellent location in the relaxed small town of Felanitx in the south of Mallorca. For a day at the beach, you only have to drive about 14 km, for example to Cala Murada.
