This shining jewel of a villa in the heart of the lively coastal town of Cala d'Or shows that holiday happiness does not depend on a huge property. It is no coincidence that the name of the bay alludes to the colour gold: Spectacular sunrises and sunsets can be admired from here. Especially if you enjoy a dip in a stately private pool like the one in this villa. No less beautiful is the large palm tree that adorns the garden. In its shade, there is a small fountain directly adjacent to the built-in barbecue. Here you can conjure up culinary delights to your heart's content and then enjoy them on the covered veranda at the wooden table or on one of the loungers around the pool. At the back of the house there is a flower bed with lush shades of green, intertwined trees provide some shade and a fountain invites you to linger. This is also where the wood supplies are stored; after all, your villa also offers you cosy evenings in front of the crackling open fire.

The single-storey building has a very spacious living area, which also houses the aforementioned fireplace. Tasteful home accessories such as a Buddhist statue ensure that you will quickly settle in and feel at home. Colours come to life under the rustic wooden beams, as the cushion covers and crockery on the dining table are also colourful, where you can enjoy a meal prepared together in the tranquil kitchen. The gas hob in the kitchen ensures that you can cook like a chef. And if you want your meal to be ready more quickly the next day, there is a microwave where you can heat up a delicious meal. Light, friendly colours also dominate the bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with double beds, while the third room has two separate beds. The house has a total of two bathrooms, one of which even has a bathtub, so you can retreat for a warm bubble bath in the evening. Your skin is sure to be supple afterwards and can then recover overnight from sunbathing. Small, discreet works of art on the walls create a cosy atmosphere.

However, the most beautiful work of art of all is certainly nature, which you can easily reach from this villa. Saltworks, cactus gardens, fjords and natural beaches - the diversity of the south of the island makes it popular with a wide variety of target groups. Santanyí, 13 km away, offers numerous shopping, nightlife and gastronomy options in the so-called Hamburg Hills of the Rich and Beautiful, where high society can be found, while the town's own bay invites you to enjoy all-round carefree beach days. The village of Portocolom, 11 kilometres from the villa, with its historic moorings for fishing boats, is also worth a visit. In principle, you are also well catered for in your Cala DOr with its white-painted houses and chic bars and shops. As you are staying right in the village, there may be some street noise from the accommodation. If you drive along the road from sAlqueria Blanca towards Porto Cristo, you will find many small cul-de-sacs with new stretches of beach to discover. Just one kilometre away is the Parc natural de Mondragó nature reserve, where you can get up close to the island's flora and fauna on numerous hiking trails.

The very friendly and colourful Villa Goleta is located in the charming coastal town of Cala d'Or, whose harbour promenade invites you to take a stroll: There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so you can combine the Combine the benefits of the sea perfectly with a sophisticated holiday. The Parc natural de Mondragó nature reserve with numerous hiking trails and a beautiful bay is just 6 km away.
