A dream for wine lovers, but also for everyone else: The beautifully rustic, single-storey natural stone villa Es Vinyet borders directly on a vineyard that belongs to the huge estate surrounded by greenery. Here you can enjoy absolute privacy: there are no neighbours, the house faces south and was built in a secluded location. You can swim a few lengths in the gently sloping pool, which shimmers in the sun, and then settle down for a siesta on one of the comfortable loungers. While you sip your drink and let your gaze wander over the well-tended terrace area with its various inviting seating options and plenty of greenery, the enticing scent of lavender wafts delightfully from the impressive bushes next to the pool! Depending on the season, there may be work in the vineyard once or twice a week. Of course, you still have your private area around the house - you may just hear the workers or a tractor being driven.

The interior of the villa is characterised by a tasteful mix of décor, ranging from elegant country style to rustic and original details. The spacious living room, atmospherically lit by an imposing chandelier, invites you to cosy up in front of the TV and the in-house fireplace with its soft, cushioned couch. The room opens onto the white, well-equipped country kitchen with a practical counter, which is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine while cooking or a quick breakfast before your day trip. If you prefer to enjoy a sumptuous meal together, you can move to the stylish wooden dining table next door. The rustic natural stone wall and the pretty fireplace in the corner, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings, are a perfect match. In the two modern bathrooms, you can either relax in the bathtub or try out the various functions of the wellness shower. As soon as you have had a good night's sleep, simply retire to one of the two lovingly designed double rooms. As a special treat, as one of the photos suggests, the owners offer a selection of Mallorcan wines (rare or not commercially available) from small bodegas. You will find a wine list including wine descriptions and a price list. And that's not all: a fruit basket, a bottle of water and a bottle of Mallorcan wine await you on arrival.

The Mediterranean, agricultural landscape around your holiday home invites you to go for walks or bike rides - just set off, you won't regret it. You can do your shopping in Porreres, which you can easily reach in your hire car by following the road, which is only 5.6 km away and can occasionally be heard depending on the wind direction. The town is unspectacular in the best sense of the word: you will look in vain for typical tourist attractions. However, you will find plenty of authentic island life. Stroll through the weekly market, where wonderful regional products such as olives, apricots and almonds are for sale, wander through the winding alleyways of the town, discover hidden squares or pop into one of the cosy tapas bars and let the atmosphere work its magic on you. If you prefer the beach, you can drive the 23 kilometres to Cala Murada, a bay with a very good infrastructure. Wonderfully rural, with no immediate neighbours, facing south and directly adjacent to a vineyard: this is the natural stone villa Es Vinyet, just 5 km from the sleepy town of Porreres in the south of Mallorca. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool behind the house, relax on the well-kept terrace or explore the surrounding countryside on long walks. The beach of Cala Murada is only 23 km away.
