The attractive, single-storey Villa Cas Forner blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and is located at the foot of an imposing slope just a few minutes' walk from Colonia des Sant Pere. The tasteful outdoor area is characterised above all by vines, olive and almond trees as well as a spacious terrace area, which offers a variety of possibilities for an attractive outdoor stay. The 8 x 4 metre pool stretches to the horizon and is surrounded by a pretty lounge terrace. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase. Six comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax under the Mallorcan sun. Here you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. If the UV rays get too strong, you are welcome to use the two available parasols. Another small highlight is the small, covered barbecue hut, which invites you to enjoy culinary barbecues on warm evenings. At such a barbecue, as with all other meals, you can sit on the covered part of the terrace right next to the house and enjoy the marvellous view in a convivial atmosphere.

From the terrace, you enter the house and immediately land in the spacious dining area, equipped with a solid table for six people, which in turn offers direct access to the kitchen. On the other side is the bright living room with a cosy sofa area and fireplace. The flat-screen TV with satellite connection is also installed here. The open-plan design, which can also be seen on the upper floor, conveys a special and very pleasant impression of spaciousness and generosity. The light-coloured walls and floors as well as the aesthetic exposed beam ceiling reinforce this atmosphere. The typical Mallorcan, partially brick-built kitchen is equipped with everything you need on a daily basis, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. The design of the three modern and bright bedrooms is characterised by clarity and tranquillity. Without many distracting accessories, you may find the peace and quiet you are looking for. Guests have one bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres and four measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres at their disposal. One of the bedrooms has an open-plan en-suite bathroom, which in turn is equipped with a washbasin, WC, bidet, shower and bathtub. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom with two washbasins, WC, bidet and shower. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.

Colonia de Sant Pere is a rather quiet village in the municipality of Artà, spared from mass tourism. It is located on the eastern edge of the bay of Alcúdia. At the fishing harbour you will find a beautiful promenade with several good restaurants and cafés. The coast here is rocky and shallow. The local beach next to the harbour is artificially filled in and well protected by breakwaters. Around Colonia de Sant Pere and the neighbouring settlement of Betlem you will find other quiet sandy and rocky bays with clear, turquoise waters. The picturesque surroundings of Colonia offer numerous activities for both mountain bikers and hiking fans.

Just one kilometre from the sea and nestled in the hillside, you will find the sea view villa Cas Forner. From the entire complex you have a marvellous view of the bay of Alcúdia. In Colonia de Sant Pere you will find good shopping facilities, a promenade with inviting restaurants and a small yacht and fishing harbour. The sheltered sandy beach is ideal for families with children.
