The farmhouse Es Moli Ariany is an exceptionally aesthetic holiday home in Mallorca. In terms of location, facilities and style, this property fulfils even the highest demands. A great white style characterises the pool and the sun terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the vast landscape towards the Tramuntana. Beautiful daybeds and comfortable loungers are available for relaxing hours under the Mediterranean sky. You can also enjoy the beautiful view from the 11 metre long pool. You can prepare cosy barbecues in the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Afterwards, you can dine right next door at the decorative long table under the natural roof. Sports enthusiasts will love the basketball hoop and tennis court. The original mill tower with its surrounding terrace has been skilfully restored.

Behind several floor-to-ceiling windows, the interior reveals a trendy, emphatically stylish living environment. There are two further fully self-contained areas, each with a double bedroom, a private living area with stylish breakfast bar, a modern shower room and a private outdoor area for relaxing. This house is ideal for a larger group of travellers who value a good location, comprehensive and high-quality facilities and a high level of style and privacy. This stylish farmhouse in Mallorca is located on the western edge of the village of Ariany in the centre of the island. The very well modernised historic holiday residence with a beautiful outdoor area and sensational panoramic views is also in an attractive infrastructural location: you can do your grocery shopping in Santa Margalida (8 km) and Petra (7 km), the nearest beach is Can Picafort - approx. 17 km away.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
