Despite its proximity to the island's capital Palma, Villa La casa de las Vistas offers you a marvellous natural Eldorado right on your doorstep: the park-like outdoor area, which boasts many highlights, is a real eye-catcher on 7,000 m². Sporty travellers can let off steam on the hotel's own tennis court. Or enjoy the generous dimensions of the pool, which at 13 x 6 metres is more than just a place for refreshment. Wherever you sit in the garden, the view of the bay of Palma will always play its part in the magic of this property. Take a stroll along the pond, rest at the foot of a stately tree, relax with a drink in the shade of the pergola next to the pool, sunbathe on the terrace or savour culinary delights in the small barbecue hut in the evening.

Spread over three floors, the interior of the house exudes a wonderful flair. From the entrance hall with its ornamental spiral staircase, you pass through antique Roman-style columns that give the ground floor an open, bright character in the various areas: The living room with its two sofas, stately fireplace and flat-screen TV is sure to provide endless hours of cosiness. On the other side of the entrance hall is the dining area with an elongated wooden table, where the comfortably and practically equipped kitchen is located. Here you will find everything you need to conjure up a real Italian espresso or a freshly squeezed, revitalising glass of juice. One of the double bedrooms with its own bathroom is also located on the ground floor. If you go up one floor, you will find two more bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. These rooms offer a breathtaking view of the beauty of the sea off Palma. For the best views, however, be sure to visit the lighthouse-like studio room on the top floor, complete with sofa, desk and plenty of windows. The floors are connected by a lift. There's also air conditioning in all bedrooms, so you can wake up feeling refreshed every morning.

Located in the tasteful Son Xigala neighbourhood, it is just 6 km from the centre of the vibrant capital. On Fridays, there is a market selling fresh delicacies, but the city also offers an extensive programme of activities and sights every other day. With this in mind, it's a good thing that the villa is located in a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood, as your accommodation will be ready to offer you some much-needed rest after a day in the bustling streets. This should certainly be possible on one of the excellent sandy beaches. Sant Agusti, 7 km away, is an important centre for sailing enthusiasts. A picturesque train, the legendary Red Flash, will take you along the marvellous landscapes and into the mountains to Sóller, where spectacular hiking trails will whisk you away into nature. Deià, Valldemossa and the Moorish Jardines de Alfabia are possible excursion destinations to explore in this beautiful region of Mallorca. Finca La casa de las Vistas offers fabulous views of the beautiful surrounding countryside: 6 km to the centre of Palma, 30 km to the idyllic town of Sóller in the Tramuntana mountains. You can swing your golf club directly on one of the three golf courses in the immediate vicinity: Son Quint, Son Vida and Son Muntaner. Or you can visit the easily accessible beaches such as Platja de Can Pere Antoni with its palm-lined promenade for a long day of swimming.
