Unique apartment, very spacious, ideal for two or three couples (a fourth couple can be accommodated directly in the main house which is located 1 km directly on Lake Lugano in the Gulf of Ponte Tresa see Maspoli Holidays) of quiet friends who want to enjoy their holidays in peace whether with their own car or with public transport.
Suitable for athletes or lovers of doing nothing.
Ideal for those who own a boat, or play a musical instrument.

The apartment is located above a Denner satellite there are no other noisy neighbors.
The 33m2 reserved car park can accommodate two or three cars (depending on the type of car) further parking on request.
An external tool shed of 6.80 m2 is at your disposal to store your bicycles.
The entrance is separate and the flight of stairs (1.20 m wide) leads to the apartment.
You can get rid of your shoes and jackets in the hallway before being welcomed by the 53 m2 open space with furnished kitchen, eight-seater dining table, sofa and 65-inch (165 cm) LG mega screen to relax.
There are three rooms, two really spacious of 26 and 23 square meters (with double beds) and one of 14 square meters with a French bed.
You will find an "E.Giant" electronic piano with weighted keys to continue training.

The proximity of the Caslano station of the Lugano - Ponte Tresa railway (140 meters as the crow flies) makes it a perfect destination for those who use public transport.
100 meters away there is a path that takes you towards Pura and Mount Mondini, as well as an asphalted road with limited traffic (via Valcaldana) ideal for starting your MTB and E-MTB tours throughout the Malcantone.
A public beach overlooking the gulf of Ponte-Tresa is 600 meters away.
At 800 m you will find the natural park of Monte SASSAL (Monte di Caslano) (tour of the mountain that runs along the lake or you can climb to the peak at 500 m above sea level (250 m difference in altitude).
850 m separate you from the car park of the Lugano Golf Club (golflugano.ch) which is also accessible from a walk in a mainly pedestrian street.
One kilometer away you will find the lakeside promenade of Caslano with its restaurants and ice cream parlors, the lido and the promenade that takes you towards Agno, largely skirting the lake.
