    Lage = sehr gut , Hbf sowie Zentrum mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig zu erreichen

    Zustand = Top, trotz Altbau alles im guten zustand, Couch allerdings sehr durch gesessen

    Sauberkeit: Top, alles sehr Sauber bei Einzug

    “Centralt beliggende gammelt hus. God indretning af værelser og mange kvm til afbenyttelse. God altan med direkte udsigt til pladsen og "Det sorte tårn". Renholdelse OK, men meget gamle møbler med huller i betrækningen. Lejligheden trænger generelt til maling. Den annoncerede vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til fælles afbenyttelse var ifølge værten i stykker, men vi tvivler på, om den overhovedet fandtes. Den er jo en del af lejeprisen, så den bør være tilgængelig for husets beboere. Værten var så venlig at anvise parkeringsmulighed på nærliggende hotel, da der er trange parkeringsvilkår i Trier.”
