On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen and bathroom; the three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with another bathroom. The third bedroom with a bunk bed is a passage room. The house is suitable for those seeking tranquillity and proximity to nature. Directly from the house you can start excursions to the town of Badia Tedalda (4 km) or Sestino (14 km). Above Sestino is the Natural Park of Sasso di Simone (1.204 m a.s. l.), ideal for trekking-lovers; A refreshing bath experience is offered by various swimming sites along the river Marecchia and the natural basin with waterfall in Badia Tedalda (3 km). Worth visiting are the small town of Pennabilli (18 km), rich in art and antiques, the medieval hilltop town of San Leo (35 km) or the smallest country in Europe, San Marino (50 km), also picturesquely situated on the mountain. If you proceed a little further, you will reach one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Adriatic Sea: Rimini (60 km) with wide sandy beaches and a lively old town.
