Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Zentrum von Azuelo, ein Dorf mit etwa 20 Einwohnern im Winter und 100 im Sommer.
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Sitzbereich mit Sofas und einem Fernseher. Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten, mit der Möglichkeit von zwei Zustellbetten. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über eine offene Küche, komplett mit allen Geräten (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Backofen) ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Das Ferienhaus liegt 10 km des Jakobweges, nah Torres del Rio, eine halbe Stunde von Logroño und La Rioja und eine Stunde von Pamplona und San Fermin entfernt, an den Hängen der Sierra de Codes, mit einem Berg von Eichen und einfache Wege zu entdecken. 5 km vom Haus entfernt befinden sich öffentliche Schwimmbäder.
