House in Santanyí with Delightful Pool
SituationFinca Torrent des Jai lies at the border of the protected area of Cala Mondragó and approx. 1.2 km away to the lovely beach with the same name. You can also enjoy long walks with the different routes that the park offers or eat something at picknick tables. The lovely fisher harbour of Portopetro is at only 3 km. Here is a beautiful boardwalk, perfect for a stroll and have a look at the diferent restaurants that offer fresh fish or paella. The typical mallorquin town of Alqueria Blanca (4 km) offers some groceries, restaurants and bars. There is a very nice Saturday market in Santanyí, which we strongly recommend.The FincaThe main building, which leads onto a delightful pool and terrace area, incorporates a lovely open-plan sitting-dining room finished with traditional pine and a charming vaulted ceiling, which flows into a large and well-equipped American-style kitchen. From the sitting area, internal doors lead to two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, whilst double patio doors bring you out to the pool, which is surrounded by extensive sun terraces and a gorgeous, shaded dining patio bedecked with overhead vines. The second building, set at a slightly lower level and furnished in simpler fashion, accommodates three bedrooms, a comfortable sitting room and two bathrooms. In addition, both buildings are surrounded by well-maintained gardens of neat lawns and lush mature shrubs, all of which enhance the wonderful sense of tranquillity.ExteriorAt the outskirts of the protected area of Cala Mondragó, the Finca Torrent d'es Jai is placed in the middle of a huge property with garden and some remnants of the former pine forest. Close to the house there is a beautiful terrace and a refreshing pool. Of course, there are sundbeds and a barbecue as well.Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
For groups with travellers under 30 years of age, a damage deposit of 100 euros per person is required, which must be paid by credit card upon arrival.
