Large holiday house with modern amenities and a private pool in a rural location
This detached, south facing holiday house sits on a 2500 m² property out of town. It faces the Pyrenees, has no immediate neighbours and offers privacy.
The 110 m², partially air conditioned house offers plenty of room for up to six adults an d two children. It boasts a large living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as a dining area. The modern kitchen is fully loaded. On the mezzanine, you will find a second living room, furnished in oriental style. All the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. The bathroom boasts a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer.
Outside, you will find a pool and an outdoor shower. It is an above ground, 9 x 4.5 meter pool. The pool area offers sun shades and sun loungers for your enjoyment. There is a small children's playground with a sandbox, a trampoline and a swing on the property. The shaded patio is a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. Adjacent, you will find the barbecue so the pergola is also an ideal place for al fresco dining.
The house has a safe and internet access.
Shops can be found about 500 m from the house at the centre of town. We recommend a day trip to Carcassonne and its beautiful old town, especially on Bastille day, July 14th, when fireworks are on display.
