The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 1930 and is furnished in a rustic, functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and Hollywood swing. Baby cot, toys and bicycles must be ordered at the time of booking.

Deutscheinsiedel, 750 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1900 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The dog is allowed, but only with his own dog bed (please bring along). The dog must not crawl on a bed, seat or chair. Gestures that bring the dog will not leave him alone in the apartment without supervision. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 2 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 50 m). Parking is subject to availability!
